Indicative rates per room and night, bed and breakfast (full buffet with fresh fruits, cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso, ...) sauna, billards, bicycles free for rent, parking, the Gastein card and free WiFi.

• The tax & mobility tax, which is € 2.90 per adult per night (from age 16), is not included in the prices.
• NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SINGLE ROOMS
• Supplementary charge of 25,- € per person for half board (meals in a nearby restaurant)
• Surcharge for short-stays (1 night): 7,- € per person

Rooms and Apartment - Guidelines for cancellation of reservation:

• 14 days before the date of arrival - 70 % from the total roomprice
• 7 days before the date of arrival - 90 % from the total roomprice

• Value-Protected Pricing: Our prices are based on the current purchasing power of the euro. Should extraordinary economic changes occur between booking and arrival — such as high inflation, a significant change in monetary value, or a currency reform — we reserve the right to make a reasonable adjustment to the agreed prices.
  In such a case, we will, of course, inform you transparently.
